Pay Rate: £100 – £130 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality small group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate pupil progress
Provide whole-class cover where required, ensuring effective delivery of planned learning
Work closely with teaching staff to plan, prepare and assess lessons and learning activities
Contribute to the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated strategies
Support behaviour for learning and promote positive classroom environments
Assist in monitoring, evaluating and recording pupil progress in line with school policy
Person Specification:
HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience in an advanced classroom support role)
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and evidence-based learning strategies
Proven ability to manage groups and deliver effective interventions across key stages
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
A reflective practitioner with a commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement
Confident, resilient, and proactive in supporting both pupils and colleagues
