Are you an experienced Payroll Assistant able to commit to a 3 month hybrid role? Requirement for one day in the office working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Duties for the Payroll Assistant include:- Accurately processing timesheets, expenses, absence data, starters, leavers, and any other changes onto the payroll system Assisting in the inputting, balancing and reconciliation of the monthly payroll data Ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with the rules and polices To ensure all records on thepayroll system are uptodate and accurate and comply with the Data Protection Act, company confidentiality policy and audit trail compliance Dealing with straightforward payroll queries To assist with the input of cost of living pay awards and increments Assisting with payslip distribution To be successful as a Payroll Assistant you will need:- End to End payroll experience using computerised payroll systems.
