This is a true generalist role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a smaller, fast-paced team. You'll be jumping into a warm, collaborative environment and making a real difference across the full employee lifecycle. Key Focus Areas: Lead on recruitment coordination - from guiding managers to onboarding new hires Payroll admin - monthly updates, data management, and liaising with the provider Provide first-line HR advice across the team Support on HRIS, contracts, lifecycle processes, and ad hoc queries Be a steady hand for the team's shared inbox and internal stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For: Solid generalist HR experience - ideally in a smaller or start-up environment Confident handling payroll data and liaising with providers Familiar with UK employment law & HR best practices Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector is a big plus Able to hit the ground running and manage your time well in a part-time role📍 The Role at a Glance: 21 hours/week £180-£200 per day (inside IR 35) Hybrid working: 1 day per week in Central London Office Contract: 4 months, Tempor...
