Care Coordinator - Oxford (OX3) Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours, 9-5) Contract: Permanent, office-based Overview: A Care Coordinator is required to support the smooth delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services. This role involves coordinating care schedules, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with care standards while maintaining strong relationships with service users and professionals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update staff rotas, including handling sickness and last-minute changes Support care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews Monitor care delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC) Provide guidance, onboarding, and ongoing support to care staff Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in an on-call rota and provide emergency support when required Requirements: Experience in care coordination or a senior care role (domiciliary care preferred) Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, and CQC standards Excellent organisational and communication skills Level 3 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Care Certificate (preferred) Experience with rostering/scheduling systems (e.g. Careline or similar) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Flexible, proactive, and compassionate approach What's Offered: Competitive salary Pension scheme and generous annual leave Free DBS check Paid training and development opportunities Employee discounts and referral scheme
