We are looking for a Service Administrator / Scheduling Coordinatorwith good organisation and customer management skills to join a busy Service Team with a medium sized Engineering company. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for logistics, this is your moment!
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks What You'll Bring:
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Customer-first mindset and a helpful, can-do attitude
Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
Team player who also works well independently
