We're currently recruiting for reliable and experienced Class 2 Drivers to join a well-established team delivering essential equipment to customers across the region.
You'll be joining one of the UK's leading equipment and tool hire businesses, known for its dependable service, safety-first approach and strong reputation within construction, infrastructure and facilities management sectors. With a commitment to supporting both major projects and local trades, the company offers a professional, supportive environment with genuine opportunities for long-term development.
What's on offer:
* £31,000 annual salary
* Full-time, permanent position
* Regular weekday shifts:
o 5:00 – 14:00
o 6:00 – 15:00
o 7:00 – 16:00
(Each shift includes a 1-hour lunch break)
* Only 1 in 4 Saturdays required
* All vehicles and equipment fully maintained
* Friendly and supportive team atmosphere
What we're looking for:
* A clean Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A safety-first approach and high attention to detail
* Reliability, punctuality and a team-player mindset
Key responsibilities:
* Safe delivery and collection of equipment to and from customer sites
* Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness
* Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant
* Providing friendly and professional service on-site
* Accurately completing paperwork and reports
