Real Life Options is seeking an experienced People Development Manager to shape, deliver and embed a strategic Learning and Development approach across our organisation. You will lead our people development strategy, ensuring colleagues across all regions have access to high-quality learning experiences that:

Working closely with senior leaders, you will design, deliver and evaluate impactful development programmes, coaching managers and supporting teams to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of innovative development programmes
* Develop and embed a structured people development framework
* Provide coaching, tools and guidance to managers and leaders
* Use people data to inform talent planning and workforce capability
* Ensure a high-quality induction experience for all new colleagues
* Facilitate impactful workshops and development sessions
* Evaluate learning impact and report on outcomes and ROI
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and with partners
* Lead and support the Learning & Development team
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading a Learning & Development or OD function (ideally in health, care or charity settings)
* Professional L&D qualification (e.g., CIPD)
* Strong leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills
* Able to influence at all levels and manage multiple priorities
* Confident using learning systems and digital learning tools
* Experience of managing budgets and evaluating development impact
