Young People's Support Workers are required to work in a Residential Children's Home. Your role would be to support young people in all aspects of their lives. You would be working directly with young people and with other agencies involved with a young person's care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people in our care. You should have a sympathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards young people. You should have experience of working with young people.
A full Driving License would be an advantage.
Hours are varied and involve sleeping at the home.
