Job Duties
* Deliver visual merchandising execution in line with established brand guidelines
* Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple retail initiatives
* Maintain and update visual merchandising master lists for ongoing projects
* Align product launches and updates with the overall visual merchandising calendar
* Develop planograms and creative briefs with sales and marketing teams
* Collaborate with internal teams on fixture and retail design development
* Present visual concepts and strategies to retail partners when required
* Manage budgets, raise purchase orders, and track project expenditures
* Coordinate with suppliers to deliver POS and merchandising assets efficiently
* Ensure production quality meets specifications and resolve any issues promptly
* Analyse sales data and customer insights to improve merchandising strategies
* Monitor industry trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
* Minimum of five years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within beauty or FMCG sectors
* Strong experience in project management and supplier coordination
* Proven ability in space planning and developing effective planograms
* Experience in presenting concepts and collaborating with retail partners
* Understanding of production and manufacturing processes for merchandising assets
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
* Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
