This well-established company is growing its portfolio of homes and so are now looking for a Registered Manager in Evington.
Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
* Managing a team of Residential workers and coordinating staffing rotas
* Working together with the Local Authority to ensure effective matching and placement of young people
* Creating a culture and ethos where the complex needs of the individual young people and the group are met
* Quality assuring transition plans, ensuring that these plans are aspirational in terms of supporting the children to achieve.
* Ensure that the physical environment of the home always remains at a high standard
* Holding team meetings to share information, practice development and share any arising issues with the management team for resolution
* Attending a variety of formal meetings to represent the Service and/or on behalf of the Children's Services Manager
* Contributing to service development
* This role includes an expectation of on call working, though this is shared with both the Deputy and Ops Manager.
