This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Technical Designer to get hands-on experience across concept development, technical detailing, and project delivery within a creative, collaborative team working on high-profile commercial fit-outs.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the technical team in producing accurate, detailed drawing packs.
* Assist in translating creative design concepts into buildable solutions.
* Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to help coordinate project details.
* Attend team meetings, site visits, and design workshops.
* Develop understanding of workplace regulations, build standards, and compliance.
* Stay up-to-date on materials, techniques, and workplace design trends.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (you’re comfortable working on a live project or have strong training).
* Ideally 1+ year experience in a Design & Build or commercial interiors environment (internships count).
* A degree in Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar.
* Attention to detail and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
* Enthusiasm for thoughtful, strategy-led workplace design.
* Confident communicator and team player.
