Purpose of the role
Continually strive for customer excellence and support Camira’s vision by maintaining accurate product technical specifications and certification for the business. To build and maintain relationships with external test houses and internal customers. To support the business with a technical governance process in order to achieve product compliance.
The day to day
1. To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
2. Maintain accurate technical specifications and marketing materials for both contract and transport sectors, ensuring up-to-date information on the Camira website.
3. Manage the internal helpdesk system to define testing needs, provide regular updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. Prioritise tasks based on business and customer requirements.
