This role offers a unique opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in sales or take on a new challenge while directly impacting the growth of a high-value revenue channel. You would be working directly with senior leadership to build meaningful relationships across the luxury and corporate travel ecosystem.
Role Description
* Support the development and execution of our extended stay proposition in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships.
* Assist in identifying and progressing new business opportunities across corporate and agency channels.
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Represent Nestor’s brand and luxury portfolio at industry events, with support from senior team members.
* Maintain consistent follow-ups and professional relationship management across prospective and existing accounts.
* Track activity and manage sales opportunities within CRM systems, with training provided.
* Contribute feedback and ideas to improve our sales approach, processes, and reporting.
* Learn how commercial, operational and guest experience teams work together to support revenue growth.
About You
You may be at the beginning of your professional journey, but hospitality and sales are areas you are genuinely curious about. You are motivated, organised, open to feedback and eager to build the discipline and confidence needed for a successful commercial career.
* A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
* Internship, placement year, part-time or entry-level experience within hotels, serviced apartments, travel or another client-facing environment is advantageous.
* Exposure to sales, reservations, revenue, front office or customer service operations is beneficial but not required.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Comfort working with structured systems and performance metrics; CRM and PMS exposure is useful, but full training will be provided.
* A well-organised and systematic approach to managing tasks, follow-ups and tracking activity.
* Based in London and eligible to work in the UK.
