JOB TITLE: Temporary to Permanent Administrator

LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: £13.45

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am till 5:00pm

We are seeking a well-organised and driven Administrator with exceptional customer care skills to join a dynamic and highly established business in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a collaborative customer service team, supporting engineers as well as the accounts and sales departments to ensure optimal company performance.

In this varied role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and field engineers, helping to maximise productivity and deliver outstanding service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management and organisation of shared inboxes
Data handling and entry including ensuring all enquiries are accurately processed.
Process sales orders accurately by telephone and e-mail, in accordance with the company's processes.
Manage internal processes and customer forecasts as required
Schedule and book work to appropriate engineer, paying particular attention to customer and engineer locations, expertise, qualifications and response targets.
Ensure jobs are complete within timelines or escalating as appropriate.
Monitor engineers travel, work activity and respond to issues accordingly.
Follow through customer enquiries from initial point of contact to completion
Respond to and where possible resolve customer service issues or escalate problems to the correct level or appropriate contact.
Support the sales team by providing customer requested information i.e. sales literature, technical specifications, appropriate certification details.KEY SKILLS:

Prior experience working in a fast paced and multi skilled customer service environment
Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems (Word and Excel).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to act proactively to deadlines and with limited direct supervision is essential.
Effective planning and organising abilities.
Attention to detail.
Adaptability and flexibility.
