A day in the life of Head Chef will inlcude smooth running of the entire back of house team across 4 large kitchens in the resort. As an experienced Head Chef you will develop and plan menus, lead the team to success and manage the GP budget and labout budget across the catering department. You will produce and manage high quality food ensuring food hygiene at high at all times. You will develop the junior staff and create a calm and profressional working environment
