Position: Business Development Manager – eCommerce Fulfilment

Location: Nationwide

Salary: Starting from £45,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

We are working with a rapidly expanding, technology-led eCommerce fulfilment company headquartered in the South West. Due to continued growth, they are strengthening their commercial team and are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help drive new client acquisition and develop long-term relationships with online retailers.

This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with a passion for eCommerce and a strong motivation to succeed in a role offering uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new eCommerce clients across the UK.
* Promote customised fulfilment services, including pick & pack operations, warehousing, returns processing, and additional value-added solutions.
* Work closely with both DTC and B2B eCommerce businesses to understand their operational challenges and recommend scalable fulfilment strategies.
* Create compelling proposals and competitive pricing structures that differentiate the business within the 3PL marketplace.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
* Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high service levels and supporting their ongoing growth.
* Collaborate with internal Operations, Onboarding, and Technology teams to deliver seamless implementation for new customers.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates through CRM platforms.

Experience & Skills

* Minimum of 2 years' experience selling eCommerce fulfilment, 3PL, or logistics services.
* Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business within the online retail or eCommerce sector.
* Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the confidence to work independently.
