Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Vehicle Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
9. Servicing & Repairing Vehicles: Deliver high-quality work on a variety of models, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards and factory timescales.
10. Customer Communication: Clearly explain required repairs to customers using easily understood, jargon-free language.
11. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and repair.
12. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out safely, in line with company, brand, and industry guidelines.
13. Problem-Solving: Evaluate vehicle conditions, identify issues, and recommend additional work when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
14. Qualification: Level 3 IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance, with a passion for the automotive industry.
15. Experience: Previous experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician. Brand accreditation is beneficial but not essential (training will be provided).
16. Customer-Centric Attitude: A focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
17. Clear Communicator: Ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way.
18. Problem-Solving Skills: Organised, methodical, and able to think on your feet.
19. Full UK Driving Licence: A clean driving record is essential.
