What You’ll Be Doing:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, maintaining consistency and quality.
* Assist with the smooth running of your section during busy service periods.
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with food preparation and service.
* Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed.
* Help to develop and contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus.
* Maintain stock levels and minimise waste through effective planning.
* Inspect deliveries for quality and freshness, ensuring proper storage.
* Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
* Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
* A passion for fresh, locally sourced food and creative cooking.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
