Experienced Service Advisor Required for Prestige Car Dealership in Guildford, Surrey
1. Salary: Up to £34,000 Basic + £8,000 Uncapped OTE
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM), moving to 1 in 4 Saturdays once fully trained

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
3. Manage service department functions, including bookings and customer interactions
4. Handle warranty administration and liaise with the vehicle manufacturer
5. Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium brand experience
6. Advise customers on services and upsell additional work where appropriate
7. Track vehicle progress through the workshop and provide timely updates to customers
8. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve queries professionally
