Duties

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food quality at all stages of production, from preparation through serving.
Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
