Arthur have partnered with a leading Lloyd's Insurer to support on the expansion of their Compliance Team. Our client is seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst to report into the Conduct and Complaints Manager. This is a full time, permanent role based in London on a hybrid basis (3/2). Main Responsibilities: Attend the Conduct Risk Committees and meetings Conduct Fair Value Assessments Maintain the Conduct Risk dashboard, producing monthly and quarterly reporting Deliver ongoing training and education on Consumer Duty requirements and Customer Outcomes Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business on all Conduct matters Experience/Qualifications: Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) A minimum of 3 years experience within Compliance and Conduct Risk from a London Market Insurer A strong understanding and experience with Consumer Duty, Product Governance and PROD 4. Lloyd's experience is desirable but not essential Please note, to be considered for this position you must have Financial Crime experience within Lloyd's.
