Your Job:

* Leading and mentoring development teams across multiple platforms
* Driving DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve speed and reliability
* Managing internal teams and external partners to deliver aligned outcomes
* Supporting business continuity through robust system architecture and practices
* Navigating a matrix environment to prioritise and align technical initiatives
Your Background:
* Strong technical background in Azure and PHP
* Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud
* Proven track record of leading development teams and fostering a high-performance culture
* Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
* Ability to influence and align priorities within complex, cross-functional teams
* Strong communication, leadership, and resource management skills
