What will you be doing?
As a Tax Compliance Hub Manager, you will be part of the private client tax team, working on tax advisory and tax compliance services for a diverse range of clients within your portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing client work, including handling HMRC enquiries, overseeing compliance for a portfolio of clients, monitoring deadlines, reviewing correspondence, assisting with complex planning and advisory projects, billing, and supervising work.
* Ensuring timely completion of client deadlines and adherence to procedures.
* Coaching and training junior team members and trainees.
* Supporting staff and partners with chargeable and non-chargeable work as needed.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
* Relevant professional qualifications such as CTA and/or ACA.
* Significant experience in private client tax within professional services or industry.
* Technical proficiency to handle complex client work.
* Experience managing people.
* Interest in developing business development skills.
* Strong IT skills.
