* Support young people in daily life from school routines to hobbies and social activities.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic home environment.

* Work collaboratively with professionals to support each child s care plan.
What You ll Need:
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
* Genuine care, compassion, and reliability
* Strong role-modelling and relationship-building skills
* Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Willingness to complete Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People Workforce
