An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care Team in the picturesque town of Llandrindod Wells. This ongoing role offers an hourly rate of up to £32.04, providing both professional stability and excellent earning potential. Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored care and support plans.
* Provide expert advice and practical solutions to help individuals remain independent in their own homes.
* Recommend and arrange the provision of equipment or home adaptations as appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Adult Social Care Team, as well as families and other professionals.
* Carry out reviews and reassessments to ensure ongoing suitability of interventions and services.
* Maintain accurate, professional records and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions.
Qualifications
* HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience within adult social care or community-based occupational therapy.
* Strong communication and assessment skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for community visits.
