Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist - FTC at Menzies LLP. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is essential to support the Firm throughout the hiring process. You will be an ambassador in the candidate experience, as the face of Menzies throughout their hiring process, ensuring that everyone has a fair and seamless experience with us. You will work directly with our HRBP team, taking responsibility for sourcing and onboarding our new experienced hires across various service lines.

Key Responsibilities
* Attract and secure the best talent for the Firm.
* Build direct candidate pipelines and manage targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
* Head-hunt passive talent and own sourcing strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
* Shape our employer brand through creative content and engaging presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across professional service lines, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver a seamless candidate journey.
* Assess skills and experience, coordinate interviews, and keep the ATS updated to report with accuracy and insight.
* Build long-term relationships with candidates and future talent.
* Support core administration, from issuing contracts and offers to managing the careers inbox.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Proven experience in candidate attraction, sourcing and application management.
* Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solution products such as Recruiter and Job posting.
* Some experience in an in-house recruitment or recruitment agency environment.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Experience executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
* Experience working with a diverse team and promoting fairness in the hiring process.
