Based in Ellesmere Port, you will work a hybrid model.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process Purchase Invoices across all Companies within the Group in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
2. Prepare and process Supplier Payment runs twice monthly.
3. Post and allocate all bank payments for all Company bank accounts across all Companies within the Group onto the accounting system.
4. Work with Head of Purchase Ledger to pro-actively action and respond to all enquiries received into the Purchase Ledger Inboxes and via telephone.
5. Update and maintain the Company Clocking Database and assist with the Payroll Data Review.
6. Prepare monthly reconciliations of all Company Credit Cards.
7. Petty Cash custodial duties and monthly reconciliation.
8. Assist the Head of Purchase Ledger with Year End data collation and liaise with external Auditors...
