Senior Quantity Surveyor
Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. MEP experience within data centre projects is strongly preferred.

Your responsibilities
* Take ownership of pre‑ and post‑contract services across multiple projects
* Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
* Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
* Maximise cost efficiency and project profitabilityManage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
