Sales Account Manager - Energy
London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
£40,000 + OTE (£40k+)
E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading energy supplier for an outbound, relationship-driven sales professional to join their TPI Sales team.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on building broker relationships, winning new business, and driving revenue through high activity and consistent engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of TPI / broker relationships
* Drive outbound activity through calls, meetings, and events
* Win new business and grow market share via the broker channel
* Manage fixed energy tenders from enquiry to deal acceptance
* Price and structure deals in line with commercial objectives
* Work closely with Trading, Operations, and Support teams
* Represent the business professionally in the broker market
Experience / Background
* Previous experience in a sales role
* Experience working with brokers / intermediaries highly desirable
* Knowledge of the UK energy market advantageous but not essential
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel)
