* Support students in literacy and numeracy across KS3 and KS4

* Support learners with Special Educational Needs (SEND) using inclusive strategies

What we're looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (all graduates considered)
* A strong desire to work in education and train as a teacher
* A proactive, resilient attitude and strong communication skills
* Some experience working with young people (paid or voluntary) is beneficial but not essential
* A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
* An understanding of safeguarding, or willingness to undertake training
