The Role
Reporting into the Site Supervisor / Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out plastering works as part of Planned Maintenance and Repairs & Maintenance contracts. You will ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

1. Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, and rendering
2. Complete repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void properties
