* Proven experience of team leading in landscaping construction
* The ability to plan and organise your time on projects efficiently and cost effectively
* A sound knowledge in all aspects of the landscaping industry
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
* Must be conscientious, hardworking and able to thrive on physical labour
* A keen and willing attitude and eagerness to apply your skills
* The ability to adhere to strict health & safety procedures
* The ability to adhere to company rules and procedures regarding tools, equipment and machinery
* A willingness to train less experienced staff
* Driving licence and own transport to get to yard
Salary – dependant on experience
