To support the Vehicle Enhancement Team with Repair Program day-to-day operations and administration. Main Responsibilities: Working as part of the team in the daily administration of: - AS400 job card records - Spreadsheet and query handling - Data analysis and reporting - RPA report generation - Ad-hoc support for valet operations. - Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager - Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved in a timely fashion, to all parties’ satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable.
