Operations Manager – Park Lord

Location: London. Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week in the office.

Reports to: Director / Senior Management

Type: Full time

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 +Bonus per annum, depending on experience.

Non-Negotiables -

•                         Minimum 3 years’ experience within the residential real estate industry

•                         ARLA Level 2 (or above) qualification

•                         Strong working knowledge of RPS / Reapit operating software

•                         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•                         Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

•                         Confident decision maker with a proactive mindset.

•                         Personal experience buying and selling property.

•                         Interest in marketing, branding, and presentation.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the day to day running of Park Lord.

This is a full time position, based at our Marylebone office on Great Portland Street, with flexibility for some remote working. The role reports directly to the Founder and offers significant opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding business.

This is a dynamic, hands on position. No two days are the same. You may be in the office, at a property, at an event, or supporting agents on the move. Tasks will come from multiple directions, so the ability to stay calm, prioritise effectively, and taking initiative is essential.

We are looking for someone proactive, confident in decision making, and able to justify those decisions with sound reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

•                         Business Operations

•                         Running and coordinating the Monday Morning Meeting

•                         Taking incoming calls, registering properties, and distributing enquiries

•                         Booking and managing appointments

•                         Managing rental deals from start to finish

•                         Preparing key documentation including but not limited to:

•                         Offer letters

•                         Tenancy agreements

•                         Terms of Business

•                         Memorandums of Sale

•                         Marketing and valuation reports

•                         Managing and overseeing compliance

•                         Maintaining accurate and up to date property lists and contact databases

•                         Marketing & brand support

•                         Liaising directly with clients and Park Lord’s in house content creator

•                         Booking and directing photography, videography, floor plans, and launches

•                         Creating marketing brochures

•                         Managing property launches across all portals and platforms

•                         Maintaining Park Lord’s digital presence

•                         Coordinating the distribution of flyers

•                         Supporting property PR initiatives

•                         Preparing and distributing client gifts

•                         Assisting with the organisation of events and brand awareness initiatives

•                         Onboarding new agents

•                         Setting up systems and processes, including:

•                         Laptops

•                         Business cards

•                         Email addresses

•                         System and software access

•                         Coordinating one to one meetings

•                         Providing ongoing operational and administrative support to agents

Longer Term Projects

•                         Supporting the continued development of Park Lord’s operational infrastructure.

•                         Helping to build and manage a wider support team.

•                         Contributing to the creation of a positive, high performance culture at Park Lord.

What Success Looks Like

•                         The business operations are improving with new efficient systems in place.

•                         Agents feel supported, informed, and empowered. Allowing them to focus on their deals.

•                         New agents joining the team.

•                         System organisation including client due dilligence is super tight.

•                         Marketing launches are consistent, polished, and on brand.

•                         Systems are documented, scalable, and improving over time.
