The Role We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional early years care and education. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, while ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and happiness throughout the day. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities. • Creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels valued. • Assisting with personal care routines, including nappy changing. • Encouraging independence, social skills, and self-confidence. • Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years provision. The Ideal Candidate • Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential. • Experience in a nursery or early years setting. • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing.
