The role involves optimising sales performance through digital insights and testing, driving growth in both existing and new business areas unique to LEGO.com (e.g., gift cards & Pick‑a‑Brick), and delivering cross‑functional growth initiatives.

Application Requirements

* A current CV detailing your education and/or relevant experience.
* A cover letter describing why you are interested in and a good fit for this internship.
* Details regarding your availability (start date, duration, weekly hours).

Internship Eligibility

* Internship period (approx.): 13th July 2026 to 9th July 2027.
* Full‑time, paid, 37.5 h per week, based in our central London office (minimum 3 days per week on site).
* Applicants must be 18+ years of age at the time of the start date and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.

Core Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of data‑led insights about the LEGO.com shopper – how they journey through LEGO.com and what influences their purchase decisions.
* Help manage data and reports efficiently, gathering data, performing analysis, and generating insights for different business areas.
* Provide support for ad‑hoc projects, covering areas such as project coordination, process design and documentation, presentation delivery, purchase order creation, and administration tasks.
* Proactively collaborate with subject‑matter experts, gaining an in‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end processes for various business development areas within LEGO.com.

Qualifications

* Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree and completing an industrial placement year course, with plans to return to study in autumn 2027.
* Solid educational foundation demonstrated through A‑level studies (or equivalent) and early university coursework.
* Strong aptitude in numerical subjects (e.g., accounting, economics, business, finance) is advantageous, though not essential for candidates with robust analytical capabilities.
* A rigorous problem‑solving mindset and passion for unlocking insights through data.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confident presentation abilities. Proficiency in English is a must.
* A team player, able and willing to contribute formally and informally to wider team activities.
* A self‑starter, keen to take initiative and able to work autonomously.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise, and perform multiple tasks concurrently.

What You Can Learn As An Intern

* Gain real‑world, reusable experience within one of the world's reputable companies.
* Work in a retail organisation, helping to deliver complex cross‑functional projects and processes.
* Acquire exposure to end‑to‑end e‑commerce processes.
* Utilise data to support faster and better business decisions.
* Receive mentorship and development opportunities to discover your potential.

Benefits

* Family Care Leave – enhanced paid leave options for those important times.
* Insurances – life and disability insurance coverage.
* Wellbeing – resources and benefits to nurture physical and mental wellbeing, with opportunities to build community and inspire creativity.
* Colleague Discount – qualify for a generous discount from day one.
* Bonus – reward through a bonus scheme when goals are reached and eligibility conditions are met.
* Workplace – primary workplace location (office, store, or factory), with a hybrid policy averaging 3 days per week in the office.
