In this position, you will: Conduct day-to-day work and solve complex issues in your technical engineering area. Share your domain and industry knowledge across cross-functional teams. Guide junior engineers and report on high-level project statuses to local tech leadership. Partner with the business to understand how your technology stack impacts business outcomes. Advise on technical limitations and provide alternative solutions for software design. Test and maintain software applications using various development tools. Take responsibility for the health of the codebase, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. Analyze issues holistically and implement solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. Who You Are
You bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in Java or Kotlin, with a strong focus on backend development. Experience mentoring at least three individuals. The ability to identify business problems and design easily testable solutions. A strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to guide integrations across teams. Knowledge of testing and monitoring tools to advocate for project quality. On-Call Requirement
This position requires on-call duties outside of regular working hours, including: Responding to emergencies or incidents as they arise. Providing prompt support and solutions. Participating in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Remaining reachable during on-call periods. Accommodation Requests
