Overall team / department purpose
* The Business Improvement function employs various project and process improvement tools to enable projects and activities that enhance performance and efficiency.
* The role ensures processes and procedures support the strategic change roadmap.
* This position investigates and analyzes business activity efficiencies, understanding business needs, workflows, and IT systems to define problems and recommend solutions.
Key working relationships
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand and address issues.
* Potentially work with external providers, such as software vendors, on projects.
* Conduct business analysis to identify change requirements and facilitate workshops for process design.
* Document business requirements and simplify them for stakeholder understanding and engagement.
* Perform business process modeling and improvements aligned with strategic goals.
* Identify costs and savings related to business activities.
* Support project delivery by working with project teams and stakeholders.
* Assist in implementing, testing, deploying solutions, and embedding change to realize benefits.
* Create functional specifications for new systems and processes.
Key measures of success
* Sustainable solutions are embedded into operations.
* Timely and accurate data is provided for change activities and performance monitoring.
* Outcomes are reviewed and captured; projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality controls.

Person Specification
Education & Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience in change roles; Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
Experience
Proven excellence in change management and project teamwork.
Skills, knowledge & ability
Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, IT proficiency (Excel, Visio), and process redesign expertise.
Personal characteristics
Customer-focused and results-driven.
