A leading medically‑led private clinic is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and elevate its digital presence. This role suits someone who understands clinical professionalism, patient trust, and the unique demands of regulated healthcare marketing.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social platforms, ensuring everything produced is polished, compliant, and reflective of a premium patient experience. This is a hands‑on creative role within a clinical environment – perfect for someone confident in filming, editing, and shaping a brand narrative with care.
What We're Looking For
* Background:
o Medical spa
o Medical aesthetics
o Private healthcare clinic
o Private surgical or cosmetic surgery environment
o Boutique, independent medical/wellness provider
* Key Responsibilities:
o Build and execute a clear social media content strategy
o Capture and create high‑quality video and visual content in‑clinic
o Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction
o Ensure all content meets advertising and healthcare compliance guidelines
o Analyse performance and optimise content for growth and enquiries
* Skills & Experience:
o Proven social media management experience in a regulated or clinical setting
o Strong content creation skills (video‑first)
o Confident working closely with clinicians and patient‑facing teams
o Professional, organised, brand‑aware, and discreet
* Working Pattern:
o 2‑3 days per week
o On‑site for content creation and collaboration
o Flexible days
