Job Description
The Key responsibility for the Warehouse Shift Manager would be;
3. Supervise and lead warehouse staff during assigned shifts to meet operational targets.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all logistics activities.
5. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently.
6. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
7. Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
8. Train and support team members to achieve high performance.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
10. Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports and records.
11. Commutable to Shepton Mallet daily
