A leading technology provider in network test and measurement is seeking a Product Manager to support its Time and Synchronization product portfolio. These solutions are used by major network operators, hyper-scalers, and equipment vendors where precision and reliability are critical.
Role Overview
You will identify customer needs, shape product concepts, and guide them from discovery to delivery. Working across engineering, sales, and marketing, you will ensure the organisation understands the product vision and can communicate its value. You will also contribute to strategic planning and market messaging.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand strategic objectives and translate them into product initiatives
* Conduct user research and discovery to identify current and future needs
* Prioritise inputs across teams to maximise value
* Define scope and manage product development trade-offs
* Deliver clear product communication: documentation, demos, training, presentations
* Provide market and competitive analysis, forecasting, and key metrics
What You Bring
* Strong knowledge of telecoms/datacoms technologies (Ethernet/IP, PTP, SyncE, SDH/SONET, 4G/5G, data centre networking)
* Experience running structured customer discovery
* 5+ years Product Management (10+ ideal)
* Technical background (engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience)
* Ability to interpret market insight and spot real customer needs
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Fast learner with ability to explain complex technologies
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to ~25%)
