Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role. You should have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365, and network environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail is a must. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. A genuine interest in supporting education through technology is important to us. Responsibilities: In this role, I will expect you to deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support to our staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to their learning. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. When necessary, you will escalate complex technical incidents and follow up to ensure they are resolved. You will also maintain and update our IT systems, documentation, and asset records. Supporting projects, upgrades, and routine maintenance across the IT infrastructure will be part of your responsibilities as well.
