What You'll Do
* Deliver an outstanding customer proposition and manage the branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
* Play a hands‑on role: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Lead, coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Build a positive mindset, provide regular feedback, praise and recognition, and foster relationships that support the team’s development and business growth.
* Maintain high product availability and branch standards, ensuring the branch is a place everyone loves to work.
* Ensure the customer remains at the heart of everything you do, helping them leave the branch with everything they need for their job.
