The school is looking for an enthusiastic SEN TA to start as soon as possible. You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team committed to helping every child achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
The Role
In this position, the SEN TA will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with additional needs. The successful SEN TA will play an important role in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of personalised learning activities
* Working with pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis
