In particular right now they are looking for people with Life & Pensions, Financial Planning, Investments or Insurance experience.

The Business Consultant Role:
You’ll work with our team to deliver a wide variety of business consultancy projects across our client base, from market analysis and strategy to operating models and process design, helping them to innovate and improve their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver client engagements and impactful consulting solutions
* Tailor innovative solutions to client needs and business goals
* Develop and share expertise in key Financial Services topics
* Build client relationships across many different clients
* Learn and develop your own FS knowledge and expertise
* Help create and bring to market new consulting propositions
About You:
* A good knowledge of Financial Services concepts, products, operations and trends
* Previous FS experience is essential
* Experience in strategy, change, operations, client facing or technical roles
* Previous consultancy experience is a plus but not essential
* Strong team ethos and collaborative working skills
* Passion for improving client and consumer outcomes
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
