Role Description
This full time position as a Recruitment Specialist is based on-site in Taunton. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new staff to support our care services. Daily responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and assisting with staff training. Collaboration with the team to ensure alignment with our values and high-quality care standards will be crucial to the role.
Qualifications
* Experience in Hiring and Recruiting professionals to meet organisational needs
* Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
* Proficient in Communication to engage with candidates and team members
* Experience in designing and delivering Training programs for new hires
* Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with the care sector is a plus
* Ability to stay proactive, detail-oriented, and compassionate in approach
