Patient Booker - Temporary Role (Preston)
Im recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the medical industry for a Patient Booker to join their busy but friendly department in Preston.
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact patients by phone to confirm or schedule appointments
* Update and maintain accurate appointment records
* Handle patient queries professionally
* Manage appointment calendars and general admin tasks
What were looking for:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous customer service role essential
* Healthcare industry knowledge would be advantageous
* Proficiency with office software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
Additional Requirements:
DBS check required
