St Gemma’s Hospice is seeking a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering holistic care and supporting patients across the Hospice setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to support current service developments.

This post is suitable for an experienced Physiotherapist who already has experience in fields such as palliative care, respiratory, neurology, long term conditions or cancer related services. This post offers an excellent role in a supportive team working across the In-Patient Unit, Outpatients and Community. The post holder will work closely within the Physiotherapy team, but also with the Occupational Therapy team and other MDT members. Weekends are one in every 8 weeks, with time off in lieu and pay, and we request each team member covers one bank holiday in the year.

We play a key role in influencing the future of palliative care in Leeds through the citywide Leeds Palliative Care Network. We are a leader in palliative care research, education and evidence into practice and are the first University Teaching Hospice. We provide both in-patient and community specialist palliative and end-of-life care.
