COMPLIANCE OFFICER - START-UP INSURANCE MGA - LONDON BASED - CIRCA £50,000 SALARY We are supporting a fast-growing insurance MGA start-up in the appointment of a Compliance Officer to join the business at an early and influential stage. This is a hands-on, broad role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy and is comfortable building processes, frameworks, and documentation from the ground up. With a current headcount of three, this hire will play a pivotal role in shaping how the business operates as it scales. Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and managing core Compliance, Legal, and HR processes, including: * Developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures * Drafting and managing legal and regulatory documentation * ·Creating employment contracts and supporting employment-related matters * Managing on-boarding processes for new hires * Liaise with external advisors where required * Acting as a key point of contact for regulatory and governance matters * Supporting the business as it grows, with the role expected to evolve over time This is very much a “build the role as you go” opportunity, offering genuine long-term scope.
