📍 Location:
* Swansea – Local South West presence with an on-the-ground Social Care Manager overseeing all operations, supporting staff, and ensuring gold-standard care in every package delivered across the region.
* Devon & Dorset – Community, residential, and hospital-based packages (including Derriford Hospital) tailored to Children & Young People (CYP).

🕓 Contracts: Flexible sub-mini rolling contracts (1–12 weeks)
💷 Pay: Weekly (every Friday) – fully compliant with all UK payment models (Umbrella, PAYE, etc.)

About Us
Frontline Social Care delivers safeguarding-first, trauma-informed, strength-based care packages for children and young people, in partnership with local authorities, the NHS, and community teams.
We are now recruiting experienced and compassionate support workers to join our mission, whether in family crisis support, post-natal observation, parent–infant bonding supervision, or supporting young people through challenging circumstances in hospital, community, or residential settings.
Your Role
* Provide one-to-one, two-to-one, or team-supported care (3:1 / 4:1) as outlined in bespoke care plans.
* Support CYP aged 0–17 in a variety of environments, promoting safety, wellbeing, and personal growth.
* Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
* Support parents during critical periods, such as after birth or during mental health crises.
* Deliver responsive, short-notice support with a calm, solution-focused approach.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience delivering regulated care for CYP with safeguarding at the forefront.
* MAPPA or PMVA training (essential).
* NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Health & Social Care and Social Care Wales Registration in Children’s Residential Care (essential).
* Ability to communicate clearly, document high-quality case notes via our secure SaaS platform, and work collaboratively as part of a safeguarding-first MDT.
* Flexibility and availability at short notice for sub-mini contracts.
* Desirable: Own car and full UK driving license (with business insurance or willingness to obtain).
